How long is your delivery time?
As long as our goods are in stock, the delivery time is max. 48 hours (only on working days).
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are 7.95 euros. We ship with DHL.
Do you also ship worldwide?
Right now we are concentrating on Europe.

In the shop you have the option of canceling your order. Alternatively, you can always email us.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
In this case, please contact us immediately after receiving the goods. We will then send you the correct product as soon as possible.
Do you offer an exchange for defective products?
We have a two-year guarantee on the case and on the steel bracelet. We always reserve the right to repair your product. Otherwise you will of course receive a new product from us.

Can I exchange the bracelets?
Only the leather and steel straps are interchangeable. You can also order a leather bracelet in addition to your steel bracelet.
